PIENTOK POTATO DUMPLINGS
(POLISH)
 
2 c. mashed potatoes
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda dissolved in a little water
1/2 c. flour

Mix all ingredients. Shape in the size of an egg. Roll in flour, cook 15-20 minutes in boiling water. Serve with butter or chicken gravy. Fry sliced leftovers in butter.
