SEAFOOD (TUNA) SALAD MOLD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash of salt and paprika
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can drained tuna

Prepare according to package directions the lemon Jello. Add lemon juice, salt and paprika. Chill until partially set. Then add 1/2 cup chopped celery and tuna. Pour into mold and return to refrigerator until set. Unmold on lettuce leaves. Also makes a good salad to omit the tuna.
