CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES
1 c. butter
3 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Lightly grease bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter with peanut butter, stirring until smooth, then stir in confectioners' sugar. Put evenly over bottom of pan. Let cool for a few minutes. Melt chocolate chips with butter. Stir until smooth, then pour over peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours to let mixture set.

Note: About 1/2 hour before serving, remove from refrigerator and let sit. This will keep the chocolate from cracking when you cut it into squares. Refrigerate any leftover squares.
