1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and Crisco. Add other ingredients, mix by hand and shape into little balls, about 1 to 1 1/4 inches. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
