FUDGE SUNDAE PIE 
1 pie crust shell
1 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. (16 oz.) chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
Pecans, optional

Bake pie shell and chill thoroughly. Combine milk, chips and salt in saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts completely and thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows until melted and mixture is smooth. Cool. Spoon half of ice cream into pie shell. Cover with half of chocolate mixture. Repeat layers. Top with pecans. Freeze until firm, at least 5 hours.
