STIR FRY VEGETABLES 
1 boneless chicken breast, cut into 2 inch cubes
1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled, deveined and slit
1 med. onion, sliced

Any combination of the following vegetables may be used: 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 c. asparagus, cut into 2 inch lengths 2 carrots, sliced diagonally 2 stalks celery, sliced 1 green pepper, sliced 1 red pepper, sliced

1/2 c. vegetable oil

Saute onion in hot oil. Add chicken and shrimp and stir fry until cooked. Transfer to a dish.

In remaining oil, stir fry each vegetable, transferring to platter as each is cooked. Return chicken mixture and vegetables to pan. Mix thoroughly. Add oyster sauce and stir fry for 2 more minutes. Season with pepper, adding more oyster sauce if needed.
