CORDIAL ORANGES DESSERT 
6 tbsp. chopped walnuts
6 lg. onions
1 box fresh strawberries
1 c. apricot brandy

Cut the top third off oranges. Remove orange meat and reserve shells. Dice orange meat and strawberries and marinate in apricot brandy for 1 1/2 hours in refrigerator.

Fill orange shells halfway with vanilla ice cream. Top ice cream with fruit and decorate with whipping cream. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and strawberry on top and serve.
