CURRIED CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken, cut up
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 sm. onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. cooking oil

In a skillet heat oil until hot, add garlic and cook until brown. Add onion and cook 2 to 3 minutes, add curry powder and stir occasionally for 5 minutes. Add chicken and stir well, add salt and cover. Let cook for ten minutes. Stir occasionally until water cooks down. Then add the ketchup and stir well. Cook for another five minutes. Add enough water to boil chicken, cover and cook until sauce cooks down.
