HAMBURGER COLD MEAT | |
2 lbs. ground beef 4 tbsp. Morton Tenderquick salt 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. mustard seed 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Mix well, then mix in 1 cup water. Make into 2 tight rolls. Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours. Leaving in foil, boil 1 hour in water to cover. Drain and store in refrigerator of freeze. For variety, add a couple of drops of liquid smoke. |
