DIVINE MAKE - AHEAD POTATOES 
5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and boiled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. skim milk (your choice of milk)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. salt

Mash potatoes while hot; set aside. Beat cream cheese in mixer. Add butter. Blend in premashed potatoes. Spread into 9 x 12 inch cake pan. Drizzle with melted butter (approximately 1/4 cup). Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or desired doneness. This can be made ahead and stored in the freezer or refrigerator. Serves 10 to 12 people.
