SAUSAGE-NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
8 oz. crushed noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. water
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. bread crumbs mixed with little melted butter

Fry sausage and onions; brown well. Then drain. Cook noodles until done. Put sausage and onion in lightly greased 7 1/2 x 12 inch casserole dish. Mix cooked noodles and all other ingredients and place evenly over spread sausage and onion. Top with buttered crumbs and bake at 350 degrees until heated through and lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
