GROUND BEEF IN SOUR CREAM 
1/2 lb. egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. chives, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 green pepper, minced

Cook and drain noodles; set aside. Mix in frying pan, green pepper and meat. Cook until almost done. Mix drained noodles, 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 cup cottage cheese and chives. Put in layers in baking dish with noodles on top. Dot with butter and bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
