PASTA IN A POT 
All the taste of lasagna, but minus the work!

2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onion, chopped
1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 can mushrooms, undrained
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Provolone cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 lg. box pasta shells

Brown hamburger and drain. Add onions, garlic, stewed tomatoes, spaghetti sauce and undrained mushrooms. Mix well. Simmer hamburg and sauce mixture for 20 minutes.

Cook shells and drain. Pour 1/2 of drained shells into a deep casserole dish. Cover with half of the tomato meat sauce. Spread with half the sour cream. Top with half the Provolone and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering, ending with Mozzarella cheese. Cover casserole with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
