SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

Mix ingredients; shape into 20 (1 1/2") balls. Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally until brown, about 20 minutes. Drain fat and remove meatballs.

SWEET & SOUR SAUCE:

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. green pepper, coarsely chopped

Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple with syrup, vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Add meatballs. Cover; simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Stir in green pepper. Cover, simmer until crisp tender, 5 minutes.
