1 lb. hamburger
1/2 onion
Taco seasoning mix
Mild &/or hot chopped green chilis
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomato slices
1-2 c. shredded Monterey Jack & cheddar cheese (depending on how much cheese you want)

Grease baking dish. Cook onion with hamburger until brown, drain. Mix in the taco seasoning mix into hamburger. Spread in baking dish. Gap with green chilies. Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth. Pour in dish. Bake 25-30 minutes. Top with cheese and tomatoes. (Can leave off tomatoes.) Bake until knife comes out clean (8-10 minutes). Cool 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, if desired, to serve.
