SIX LAYER HOT DISH 
3 c. sliced potatoes
1 can whole kernel corn or 1/2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 med. onion, diced
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. sliced carrots
1 1/2 tsp. salt & pepper to taste
1 can cream of celery soup, thinned with 1/2 c. milk

Saute meat and drain off any grease. Layer potatoes, carrots, corn, onion and beef. Pour soup mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 3/4 hours, until vegetables are done. Makes 6 servings.
