PASTA SALAD 
10 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
1/2 med. onion, finely chopped
1 med. carrot, finely chopped
1 med. bell pepper, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. sweet relish
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Cook macaroni as directed on package. Rinse and set aside. Drain well. Use a food chopper to finely chop vegetables. Add vegetables to macaroni. Add sweet relish and mayonnaise and mix well until all is coated with mayonnaise. Use additional mayonnaise if desired or to taste. Serve at once or refrigerate and serve chilled.
