BARBECUED CHICKEN 
2 chickens or 4 lbs. chicken legs, cut up, wash and pat dry

SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 lg. cloves garlic (chopped fine)

Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.

Place chicken on grill and cook until done. Place on platter and pour sauce over top. Leftover sauce may be stored in refrigerator for several weeks.
