CHOCOLATE TURTLES 
TURTLES:

2 sqs. chocolate
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

1/2 sq. chocolate
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
Powdered sugar

Melt 2 squares of chocolate and 1/2 cup butter. Beat 2 eggs. Add sugar. Fold chocolate mixture into egg mixture. Fold in 1 cup flour and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Drop by teaspoon on hot waffle iron (low). Bake 50 seconds. Cool and frost.

ICING: Boil chocolate, brown sugar, water, and butter 3 minutes. Take off heat. Add powdered sugar until thick. Put on turtles. Sprinkle with ground nuts.
