1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sifted flour
8 plain milk chocolate bars
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla; add flour, mixing well. Spread on jelly roll pan (11x17). Place the milk chocolate bars on top of hot baked cookies. Spread and sprinkle with chopped nuts. 350 oven for 20 minutes.
