FREEZER SLAW 
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 c. carrots, shredded
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 chopped green pepper

Grind vegetables in blender; drain. Add salt and let stand 1 hour. Blend 1 cup white vinegar, 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup water. Boil 1 minute. Add to vegetables; cool package and freeze.
