TORTELINI SALAD 
1 bag cheese tortelini
1 bag spinach cheese tortelini
1 lb. Provolone cheese, cut into bite sized chunks
1 stick pepperoni, cut into bite sized chunks
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
Grated cheese

Cook tortelini according to package directions. Rinse, drain and cool in large bowl.

Mix remaining ingredients together, using about 1/2 bottle of dressing. Refrigerate a few hours.

To serve, add more dressing and stir. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
