Cheeseburger Pie - Recipe

CHEESEBURGER PIE

1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper

Brown and drain off fat. Put in 9 inch greased pie plate.

Add:

4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Pour over meat (blended) :

1 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4.
