1 c. butter Crisco (solid)
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour

Blend or mix the above together (cream together). Add flour. Roll out on flour board about 1/4" thick. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch. Do not let them get brown. Frost if desired.
