TOASTY CHEESE CAKE 
8 slices white bread
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. shredded process sharp cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. dry mustard

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Toast bread (both sides buttered). Cook and stir meat, onion, celery, prepared mustard and 1/2 teaspoon salt until meat is brown and onion is tender. Alternate layers of toast, meat mixture and cheese in greased baking pans. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over layers in pan. Sprinkle with paprika and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
