HOT CHEESY SPAM DIP 
1 can spam cut into small julienne strips
2 8 ounce packages cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
6 -8 drops hot pepper sauce
sliced green onions for garnish (optional)
french bread sliced

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large skillet, sauté spam until lightly browned; Set aside. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in onion, horseradish, hot pepper sauce and half the Spam. Spoon mixture into a 11 x 7- inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining Spam over cream cheese mixture.

Bake uncovered for 20 - 25 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with sliced green onions. Serve with french bread for dipping.
