SOURDOUGH MUFFIN | |
1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 egg 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. starter 1 c. chopped raisins 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. shortening, melted Mix ingredients well adding enough starter to make the mixture moist. Do not overmix. Bake in greased muffin pans 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
