PAN DULCE' 
4 c. flour
2 c. shortening
1/3 c. tea (use 1 stick if cinnamon to make tea)
1/2 tsp. dry yeast
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 c. sugar

Put dry yeast in warm cinnamon tea. Beat shortening until fluffy. Add dry ingredients. Knead a little; add cinnamon tea. Roll and cut into any shape. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown. Roll hot cookies in cinnamon sugar.
