#5 "MRS. FIELD AND STREAMS
CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES"
 
1 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar

3 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. baking soda
6 c. flour (add one at a time)

2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 pkgs. (12 oz. ea.) chocolate chips

Use ice cream scoop to make cookies. Put 6 to 8 per cookie sheet. 265 degrees x 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 42 large cookies.
