1 box frozen spinach
1 chopped green onion
3 eggs, beaten
6 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
4 oz. bleu cheese, grated
1/4 c. heavy cream

Pour into pie shells and bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees, then 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Knife should be clean when testing.
