TOMATO SAUCE 
three big ripe tomatoes
a pinch salt
a pinch sugar
a tbsp. liquid oil
a tbsp. vinegar
3 cups of water

Cut the tomatoes, in big parts, then boil them with water in small pot with no lid. Cook until there is a little water, kept, then bring them out gradually, and pass them through a sieve. Then pour the tomato sifts to a small pot and mix it with the rest ingredients and heat it until it becomes beautifully adjustably thick. After the sauce became cold, keep it in a small bottle & keep it in the refrigerator.
