YEAST ROLLS 
2 c. warm water (not hot)
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg (room temperature)
6 - 7 c. plain flour

Sift flour before measuring. In a bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Stir in sugar, salt and butter. Add egg, mix in flour until dough is easy to handle. Place in greased bowl turning greased side up. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until double in bulk. Make out rolls. Place in greased pan. Cover and let rise till double in bulk. Brush with melted butter.

Bake in preheated oven at 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
