QUICK COFFEE CAKE | |
2 c. Bisquick 4 tbsp. sugar 2/3 c. milk 1 lightly beaten egg 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. chopped pecans TOPPING: 2 tbsp. firm butter 1/3 c. Bisquick 1/3 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Mix cake ingredients in order listed, beating well before hand stirring in the raisins and nuts. Pour into greased 9 inch cake pan. Cut butter into remaining topping ingredients, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle over cake mixture and use a fork to marble into cake batter. Bake. Cooking temperature 400 degrees. Cooking time 20 minutes. Serves 8. |
