BARBECUED FRANKS 
1 onion
2 tbsp. drippings
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chopped celery (optional)
salt and red pepper to season
1 lb. franks

Brown onion in drippings. Add vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, water, celery and seasoning. Simmer sauce for 30 minutes. Arrange franks in a shallow pan. Pour barbecue sauce over and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
