CHEWY CHOCOLATE ROLLS 
3 tbsp. butter
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened baking choc.
3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. non-fat dry milk
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Powdered milk makes these a more nutritious snack than most candies.

In a 2-quart saucepan, or medium size bowl. If using microwave, combine butter and chocolate. Place over low heat and stir with a wooden spoon until chocolate is melted or microwave on MEDIUM to MEDIUM-LOW (50 percent or less) about 2 minutes or until ingredients are softened. Remove from heat and using a wooden spoon, stir in powdered sugar, dry milk, corn syrup and vanilla. Knead with hands until well mixed and smooth. Form into a long rope. With sharp knife, cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
