SEA FOAM SALAD 
10 marshmallows
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. nuts, chopped

Melt marshmallows and gelatin in hot water. Cool slightly, add cream cheese. Stir until blended. Add pineapple juice. Chill until mixture begins to thicken, add crushed pineapple and nuts. Chill until firm. Yield: 10 servings.

This is almost like my mother-in-law's recipe except she blends the thickened jello & cream cheese with a cup of whipping cream whipped stiff. This recipe as is will not be "foamy" and light without the whipped cream. Probably taste great though, and I like the incorporation of the pineapple juice.
