TORTELLINI SALAD 
1 pkg. cheese filled tortellini (cooked to pkg. directions) 12-16 oz.
3 jars marinated artichokes (6 oz. size), drained & halved (or can sub. 1-3 jars mushrooms, sliced)
2 head broccoli, chopped coarsely
1 tbsp. fresh or dry basil, chopped coarsely
2 tbsp. parsley, minced
1 tsp. powdered garlic
1-2 tomatoes, cut up (Roma/plum)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 bottle (8 oz.) Italian dressing (Paul Newman's Wishbone olive oil, Good Seasons lemon & herb, etc.)

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and combine with rest of ingredients. Marinate at least 4 hours and preferably overnight if possible. Served chilled. Serves 6-8.
