SOUR CREAM HUCKLEBERRY PANCAKES 
1 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. huckleberries
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. melted butter.

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat egg, milk and sour cream. Pour milk mixture over dry ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add melted butter; mix well. Fold in huckleberries. Bake on hog griddle.
