1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. sour cream
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix sugar and egg yolks, beat well. Add milk and sour cream. Add dry ingredients. Fold in egg whites that have been beaten to a peak. Serves 4.
