SAUERKRAUT RELISH 
1 (2 1/2 size can) sauerkraut
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients. Marinate and let stand 24 hours. Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator. Delicious.
