BROCCOLI CHEDDAR ROLLS 
1 pkg. Rich's frozen bread dough (2 loaf size)
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. instant minced onions
1 egg
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter

Let dough thaw until pliable. Make into ball, knead and roll into jelly roll like sheet. Mix broccoli, Cheddar cheese, onions, egg, onion salt and Parmesan cheese. Spread over dough. Roll dough up tightly in jelly roll fashion. Using a little water on fingertips, pinch edge firmly to seal dough. Cut dough into 24 slices.

Place slices cut side up in cavities of muffin pans sprayed with Pam. Brush panned dough with melted butter. Let dough rise until doubled in size (1 1/2 to 2 hours). Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Remove from pan immediately to cool on rack.
