1 (9 inch) pie crust, lightly floured
1 (8 oz.) crab flakes
1/2 c. green onion, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. half and half

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sprinkle cheese, crab flakes, onion, flour and seasoning in pie plate.

Beat together eggs and half and half. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake 55-60 minutes or until set.
