STICKY CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken wings

Cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Mix together in saucepan:

1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce

Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 3 minutes. Mixture should be very thick. Brush on one side of chicken; bake 20 minutes. Turn chicken and brush on other side; bake 20 minutes.
