YUGOSLAVIAN BEAN SOUP | |
2 c. sm. red beans 8 c. water 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 1/2 c. shredded carrot 1/4 c. tiny soup noodles 1 c. finely diced celery 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes 3 lb. shank end ham Put all in pan, simmer, covered 2 to 2 1/2 hours until beans and ham are done. Add noodles and cook until done. |
