GOLDEN CHICKEN NUGGETS 
4 whole boneless chicken breasts, approximately 12 oz. each
1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. leaf thyme, crumbled
1 tsp. leaf basil, crumbled
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut chicken in pieces about 1 1/2 inches. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, thyme, basil, and garlic salt in bowl or plastic bag. Dip nuggets in melted butter, then in crumb mixture.

Place in single layer on foil lined cookie sheet. Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
