EASY STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE 
1 angel food cake
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. boiling water
1 carton Cool Whip

Break cake into pieces. Place in 9"x13" dish. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add berries to gelatin, stirring constantly until gelatin thickens. Quickly fold in Cool Whip. Pour over cake. Refrigerate.
