SHRIMP STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. shrimp
1 can chicken broth
1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 lg. can B & B mushrooms
1 clove minced garlic
Hint grated onion
1 pkg. vermicelli
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 carton sour cream

Cook 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, shell and set aside. Make a white sauce with chicken broth, butter and flour. Melt into this mixture Swiss cheese (will be sticky and tacky). Put in mushrooms drained. Add garlic, NO SALT and onion. Add shrimp and forget and let sit, then 20 minutes before serving cook vermicelli.

Drain in colander, heat shrimp mixture and fold in sour cream. Layer vermicelli with shrimp mixture and cover heavily with Parmesan cheese. Run under broiler.
