MACARONI CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked macaroni
1 green pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 oz. canned chopped mushrooms with juice
3 oz. canned chopped pimento, drained
16 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine green pepper, celery and onion. Add grease and microwave on high for three minutes. Mix all ingredients and place in a greased two quart shallow casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
