HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
Pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers

Brown meat; drain and cool. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion, bell pepper, and pepper. Pour into shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top. Can be frozen.
