COOL BANANA PUDDING 
2 cans Eagle Brand condensed milk and 6 oz. water
2 ripe bananas
1 box vanilla wafers
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla flavor
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar

In a double boiler, combine milk, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, water, and cornstarch. Stir mixture often until thick and smooth. Let cool. In a 12 x 9 pan, line the bottom with vanilla wafers, top with thin banana slices, top with 1/2 of mixture. Line the top of mixture with more vanilla wafers and banana slices, top with rest of mixture. Spoon out Cool Whip and spread all over the top of mixture making peaks, place vanilla wafers around the sides of pan, sprinkle with cinnamon, refrigerate until cold.
